How Long Does Anger Last?
This question comes from a Survivor who lost her Dad over five years ago. She says:
How long does it take for the anger to go away? Not so much anger at the killer, but at people in general? I get so upset at people at times who I feel have done me wrong in some way and I know that my anger/response is more than what it should be and that anger or hate is driven from something and I can only assume it is my anger towards him and what happened. It makes me not feel like a good person and I don't like it.
