“All human life has its seasons, and no one’s personal chaos can be permanent: winter, after all does not last forever does it? There is summer, too, and spring, and though sometimes when branches stay dark and the earth cracks with ice, one thinks they will never come, that spring, that summer, but they do, and always."

T.Capote

Coping Tips

This section invites Survivors, Professionals and Friends to add to this growing body of work. Who knows, your idea may just be the idea that makes a difference at the right time for that one person. Please also be thinking of books, movies, special places you have found to go that helps, even little victories you hear in the news. For example: A survivor just called to announce that they had found Scott Peterson guilty. She had no justice in her own case and was told she may enjoy other victories. She said she is indeed helped by hearing of other outcomes that she deems as justice. Here you will find articles that may ease your journey. And we do want to hear from you as well. Please send your ideas to us.
